Herning/DEN: Workouts
We has our first workout in the stadium in Herning/DEN today.

And now we'll just walk for awhile in one of the warm-up arenas. Augustin obviously feels very comfortable, went very nicely in the dressage ring and then watched the somewhat loud VET check for the show jumpers that was held directly in front of our stable tent with interest but didn't get all excited. Things are a bit turbulent here sometimes ... there are nearly 500 horses.
Tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. it's our turn for the VET check. By then the Austrian team should also be complete. Andrea John and Renate Voglsang should be arriving with their horses in Herning sometime today.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, a draw will be held to determine the team starting order in the Nations Cup on Wednesday and Thursday. The team leaders still decide which order the team's couples will start.
After rain yesterday, it's just cloudy today and the sun comes out in between some - which is just perfect for riding.
