Achleiten: CDI Achleiten Station for the Nürnberg Burg Pokal
For the very first time, the famous series in the Nürnberg Burg Pokals will have a station abroad - at our CDI in Achleiten from June 12th to 15th.

The qualifiers will now be held at 16 show venues, beginning the end of April at Horses and Dreams in Hagen/GER. The Final takes place on the occasion of the indoor show in the Festhalle of Frankfurt in December.
For Hans-Peter Schmidt, the chairman of the board of directors of the name sponsor, NÜRNBERGER Versicherung (an insurance company), and initiator of the series, this is a logical development: "In a Europe without borders, this step is everyday normality among neighbors. By doing so, we bring the exceptional popularity of this test to Austria."
Whenever I think about the Nürnberg Burg Pokal I personally have the best memories because that's where Augustin OLD and I won the very significant Final for seven to nine-year old horses at St. Georges Special level in 2007 - and by the way, we were the first non-German pair to ever win.
