Laintal: Excalibur MT and Charlotte Dobretsberger State Champions

Charlotte Dobretsberger and Excalibur MT took the State Champion title in eventing for the first time in Laintal, Austria.

Right after the dressage test, this gelding bred by my mother and his young rider from lower Austria took the lead. In the cross country they were the only ones that were fault free and also had a clear round in the following show jumping test. That meant a gold medal for the couple. They had taken bronze in the Austrian State Championships in 2011. And they also took gold at the EC for rural event riders.
