Achleiten: Newcomer Lord Leopold
Lord Leopold has taken up residence with us in Achleiten.

This good-looking brown stallion is a nine-year old, Southern German premium stallion by Lord Sinclair I–Sandro Hit, bred by ZG Simone and Martin Meder, who goes back to the famous Vornholt mare line of Finnländerin. Until now he was stationed at Gestüt Birkhof where he also pursued a career in sport. Trained by Nicole Casper, Lord Leopold competed several times in Bundeschampionat Finals and achieved his first victories in short Grand Prix tests in the 2015 season.
Lord Leopold is especially distinguished by a wonderful character, a great attitude towards work and remarkable potential for the requirements of Grand Prix classes. Nicole Casper did a great job of schooling him and he is a real joy to ride.
At the moment he has to get used to his new surroundings - after all, he had been in Donzdorf ever since he was licensed in 2010 and everything is new for him here in Achleiten. I want to give him plenty of time to get used to things here and get to know me too first so that we can be friends. That doesn't happen overnight and I don't want to put him or me under any pressure.
But I am looking forward to working out with Lord Leopold and want to take this opportunity to once again thank the Casper family because I know it can't have been easy for them to part with this fantastic stallion whose offspring are attracting a lot of attention. Lord Leopold will not be used for breeding with us but frozen semen is still available through the Casper family at their Gestüt Birkhof.
