ORIGIN

The father Zonik participated in the World Championships of young dressage horses under Hans Peter Minderhoud/NED in 2013. Meanwhile, Zonik has been trained by Edward Gal/NED up to Grand Prix level. Among his six licensed sons is MDM Zodiac OLD, who won the bronze medal at the National Championships in 2016 (3-y.-o. stallions).

The mother state premium mare Fraeulein von Welt is a full-sister of the licensed stallion Florentinus V, who is already successful in Intermediaire I competitions with Jennifer Hoffmann/USA. In 2011 he won silver at the National Championships of dressage horses and took part in the World Championship of the young dressage horses as a five- and six-year-old.

The dam-sire is the famous stallion Florestan I. More than 90 of his sons have been approved for breeding, 280 daughters have been awarded state premium and well more than 200 of his offspring are successful in advanced level competitions, as the Grand Prix winners Fabriano/Renate Voglsang/AUT and Masanao Takahashi/JPN or Forrest Gump NRW/Hubertus Schmidt.

The grandmother Lady in Red is a half-sister of the licensed stallion Ricky (by Rubin-Royal ; name Bailando II), who has celebrated successes under Patricia Schaerli/SUI up to Intermediaire I level.

The third position of the pedigree is set by the half-breed Londonderry. He himself successful in advanced dressage competitions, almost 90 of his descendants emulate him. More than 40 of his sons have been licensed and at least 150 daughters have received the state premium honour.

The third mother, state premium dam Weltina, has brought Ricky and the Inter I-successful Laurenzo (by Longchamp), as well as the medium level (M) dressage horses Fabulous Treasure (by Fuerst Nymphenburg I) and Bente L (by Bonifatius).

From the dam-line of the Welfendrossel also come the licensed stallions Rock Springs (by Rock Forever I), Antares Red Star (by Alabaster), Don Henrico (by Don Frederico) and Détente (by Dimaggio).
